• Please read this info document carefully, understand the contents &prices. All services, Hotels, Sightseeing, flight tickets or any other services advised should be checked by you at your end. Confirming the package with us implies that you agree to above Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
• Quotation Valid for 07 Days
• Provided hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel.
• Categories of Rooms in the packages are based on base category of rooms, unless specified.
• Hotel Standard Check-in time is 1200hrs and Check-out time is 1200hrs. (Early Check In and Late Check Out is subject to availability, unless pre-paid in advance)& charged accordingly.
• If there is any mis-use of room. Hotel has the right to charge the same to client. All personal bills should be settled sufficient time before departure so that your transfer is not delay.
• Amendment of transfers, tour date, Pick-up time please update a day prior to schedule service. requests will be accepted only on emails, verbal communications of any kind stand invalid.
• Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired.
• It is highly recommended to have good relations with your tour guide & driver. Treat them with respect as it reciprocated the same way with culture.
• Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or Hotels. Company is not responsible for any loss.
• It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
• All Transfers & Sightseeing will monitor by appointed Tour Manager. Tour Itinerary may change without prior notice due to any sudden changes in the weather or time permitting or any changes by the respective country tourism
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents. Also “URBAN YATRA” will not be responsible for any loss or damage to person.All legal matters will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar court.
• Do not treat this mail as a confirmation of booking as we are not holding any booking at the time of quotation. Price and services can be changed at the time of confirmation. Confirmation of booking is only based on written communication only.
