Tour Itinerary – Sightseeing, Attractions & Activities

Booking – Reservation Policy - Payment Terms

  • To book your air ticket, you need to pay the full flight amount upfront. Also, you'll need to pay 60% of the total tour cost when you book as a token amount. The remaining 40% must be paid 10 days before the tour starts. Please make sure to complete your payment before the due date. If the full payment is not made on time, the tour booking will be canceled without any notice.

Cancellation - Refund Norms

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the tour starts, you’ll get a 90% refund.
  • 30 to 21 days before the tour starts, you’ll receive a 75% refund.
  • For cancellations made 21 to 14 days before the tour, you’ll get a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel 14 to 7 days before the tour, you’ll receive a 25% refund.
  • if you cancel within 7 days of the tour, no refund will be given.
  • For group bookings, cancellations within 14 days will incur a 100% cancellation charge, and 75% charge within 21 days.During peak seasons, some hotels may impose a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made during office hours on working days. Refunds usually take 7 working days, and a credit note will be issued according to the cancellation terms. Please note that cancellations are not allowed for political reasons, train or flight cancellations, natural disasters, or personal reasons.

  • 3 Star Hotel accommodation for 6 Night Hotel stay on double Sharing basis
  • Per person 6 breakfast + 6 Dinner at hotel & 6 Lunch between Tour (Lunch Veg Only)
  • Aru Valley, Aru Valley & Chandanwari Union Cab
  • Gandola Ride Phase 1 & Phase 2(Subject to Availability)
  • Thajwass glacier Horse ride at Sonmarg
  •  1 Hour Shikara Ride at Dal Lake
  • Sightseeing tour by AC vehicle/ Similar for 7 days, as per itinerary only & it will not be on disposal basis, Include Toll, Tax & driver allowance | additional sightseeing & extra usage of vehicle will cost separate
  Tour Cost Exclude
  •      Air ticket, hotel early check-In/ late check out, guide services
  •      Any medical, evacuation expenses & expenses occur due to natural climate, security, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions & other unexpected reason
  •     Travel Medical Insurance (not compulsory but recommended)
  •     Remittance charges of USD 35
