Cancellation - Refund Norms

Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: Kindly pay 50% of the invoice amount as an advance.
  • Balance Payment: Remaining 50% to be paid 15 days before the tour start date.
  • Booking Confirmation: Sent within 12 hours of receiving advance payment.
  • Payment must be made before the due date/cut-off date. In case of non-payment, the booking will be cancelled automatically.
