Quotation & Availability
At Urban Yatra Tour booking policy ,we provide initial quotations that are subject to change until we receive your booking amount. Our rates and availability are not guaranteed until your payment is processed. For accurate reservations with the best tour operators in Odisha, confirm your booking promptly.

Confirmation
Your travel services will be confirmed within 12 hours after we receive your booking amount. A detailed tour voucher will be sent 3 days before your departure. This process ensures your trip is arranged by top Bhubaneswar tour operators with all details in place.

Payments
50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% must be paid 1 week before your arrival. This payment structure helps us provide the best services and ensures smooth planning.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 21+ Days Before Arrival: Receive a 20% refund of the total booking amount.
• 15-20 Days Before Arrival: Receive a 50% refund.
• Within 14 Days (Group Bookings): 100% cancellation charges apply. Peak season cancellations may incur 100% fees from hotels.
