Booking – Reservation Policy - Payment Terms

100% Flight amount required to book air ticket, 60% of the tour cost is to be transferred us at the time of booking as a token amount & balance 40% of tour Cost 10 Days before the Tour Start. Make Payment before due Date / Cut-off date, in case of Non-Payment, tour booking will be cancelled without any Prior notice.

Cancellation - Refund Norms

Before 30 Days from Tour Start Date – 90% refund | 30 - 21 Days - 75% refund | 21- 14 Days - 50% refund | 14- 7 Days - 25% refund | Within 7 days - No Refund
For group confirmations 100 % cancelation charges will be applicable within 14 days & 75 % charges in 21 days.
In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
cancellations to be made during office hours on working days. Refunds normally take 7 working days & Credit note will issue as per cancellation terms.
No cancellations are allowed due to political reasons, cancellations of Trains / Flights natural cancellations & reasons of personal nature
